Qualified Supply TeacherAcademics are recruiting Qualified Teachers to support our partner schools across Berkhamsted and the surrounding areas on a temporary supply basis.

We work with a wide range of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools, offering flexible opportunities to suit your availability. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), supply teaching is a fantastic way to gain experience, enjoy a better work-life balance and make a positive impact in local schools.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across your specialist phase or subject.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Follow school policies, lesson plans and behaviour management procedures to ensure continuity of learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment where all pupils can succeed.
• Maintain effective classroom management and high teaching standards.
• Provide cover for planned and unplanned staff absences across Primary, Secondary or SEN settings.
• Be confident adapting lessons or delivering pre-prepared work when required.
