Pension Specialist

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a growing client service team supporting members throughout the pension lifecycle while ensuring exceptional service standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer pension scheme member records accurately and efficiently.

* Calculate pension entitlements and support member queries.

* Assist with pension payroll activities, including pensioner payments and changes.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with GDPR and pension legislation.

* Liaise with trustees, scheme members, payroll teams, actuaries, and third-party providers.

* Ensure compliance with pension regulations, scheme rules, and internal governance procedures.

* Contribute to process improvements and service excellence initiatives.

About You

* Previous experience in pensions administration or pensions payroll, or employee benefits administration.

* Good understanding of defined benefit pension schemes.

* Knowledge of pension legislation and regulatory requirements.

* Experience handling pension queries and member communications.

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

* Good Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
