Recruitment Consultant – Berkhamsted

Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for the opportunity to hit the ground running, inherit a warm desk, and earn commission from day one? We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our established Berkhamsted team, taking over a high‑performing desk specialising in Special Educational Needs recruitment.

You'll receive a full handover of existing clients, live vacancies, and an active candidate network, giving you the platform to bill from your very first day.

• Warm desk with established school partnerships and active vacancies
• Specialist SEN recruitment market with excellent long‑term client relationships
• Full handover from the current consultant
• Immediate opportunities to earn commission from day one
• Basic salary of £28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience and billing history
• Realistic first‑year OTE of £50,000+

We're looking for a motivated, resilient Recruitment Consultant or sales professional who enjoys building long‑term relationships and delivering an outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Experience with in education or SEN recruitment would be advantageous, but we're also keen to hear from recruiters from other sectors or ambitious sales professionals looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

As part of the role, you'll regularly visit schools across the local area, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable.
