The Role – What will you be doing? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter, responsible for sourcing top talent for global clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies across our specialist industries Conducting candidate searches using our database, Linked In, job boards and social media Headhunting and engaging candidates through proactive outreach Preparing and presenting pre-qualified CVs to the business development team Coordinating interviews, including preparation, travel arrangements and debriefs Providing post-placement support, including accommodation, travel and compliance checks Identifying new business opportunities to support ongoing growth What we’re looking for We’re keen to hear from individuals who:
