Berkhamsted School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contingent Commander to lead and develop our Combined Cadet Force. This key role offers the opportunity to shape an outstanding cadet programme and ensure the smooth delivery of CCF activities at Berkhamsted School.

This is a great opportunity for a serving member of the Armed Forces looking for resettlement, or for a retired Sergeant/Officer looking for full or part time work.

Using your Leadership skills to develop Army Navy & RAF cadets in this very important area of school life, the successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring the pupils on CCF roll are buoyant and have a healthy pursuit of outdoor activities.

• Lead and develop the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) programme at Berkhamsted School.
• Shape an outstanding cadet programme and ensure smooth delivery of CCF activities.
• Develop Army, Navy & RAF cadets through leadership and outdoor pursuits.
• Ensure pupils on the CCF roll remain buoyant and pursue healthy outdoor activities.
