CNC Machine Shop Technician

You’ll be hands‑on in the machine shop, manufacturing prototype and low‑volume production parts, using a range of materials and machines. This is a varied role where you’ll program, set and run CNC mills and lathes, contribute to problem‑solving and prototyping, and uphold the highest quality standards.

• Manufacture and machine precision parts
• Program, set, and operate CNC mills (3 & 4 axis) and lathes
• Work with Mazak, Mazatrol, Hurco machinery and Winmax programming
• Inspect work using precision measuring equipment and maintain ISO
  9001 standards
• Collaborate on design improvements and continuous process enhancements

• Apprentice‑trained machinist or minimum 5 years’ experience in a precision workshop environment
• Skilled in manual machining (mills and lathes) and CNC programming
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
• A proactive, detail‑oriented individual, eager to learn and grow within the business

Working Hours:

Mon‑Fri (8‑5) – half day Friday and 9/10 policy
