• Mentor & Guide:Share your insights and experience, helping our teams grow and excel.
• Design Excellence:Review and optimize designs, focusing on the best-fit solutions.
• Evangelize Standards:Own, enhance and advocate for mechanical engineering standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.
• Collaborate & Consult:Work closely with our project teams, providing valuable insights and addressing client concerns.
• Be a Key Leader:As a senior technical leader, you ll have the unique opportunity to impact the entire mechanical discipline without the responsibility of managing direct reports. Your influence will span across all mechanical projects, fostering growth and innovation firm-wide.
• Problem Solver:Bring your knowledge to the table, helping navigate challenges and find effective solutions.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
  required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience
  as a
  Senior Mechanical Engineer
  or
  Mechanical Department Leader
  in building systems design.
• Significant experience leading projects
  , including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving project success.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system design.
• Proven ability to
