- Lead & Innovate: Oversee the design and engineering of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
, ensuring energy efficiency and reliability. - Design Excellence: Develop specifications, working drawings, and technical documents for complex projects.
- Analyze & Solve: Tackle complex design challenges
, developing innovative techniques and solutions. - Mentor & Guide: Coach junior engineers, fostering skill development and technical expertise.
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy: Monitor project progress, review shop drawings and RFIs, and conduct field investigations.
- Collaborate & Consult: Work closely with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive Cost-Effective Solutions: Develop opinions of probable construction costs
, factoring in project size and complexity.
- Extensive expertise in mechanical system design
, including HVAC load calculations, energy simulations, equipment selection, and steam/hydronic heating systems. - Plumbing system experience
, including domestic hot and cold water, sanitary waste and vent, stormwater, and water heating systems. - Temperature control system knowledge
, including pneumatic, electronic, and direct digital controls. - Familiarity with fire protection system design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and task prioritization
. - Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building system design and construction.
