We offer a structured Advanced Aveda Training Program after licensure to ensure you feel confident with every guest and service in your chair. • Compensation (part time):
  • Training Period (3–6 months, :35 hrs/week): avg. $437/week
  • Year 1–2: :$39,000/year (incl. tips)
  • Year 3–5: :$46,000/year
  • Year 6–8: :$60,000/year
  • Year 9+: :$68,000/year

• Current or expected Michigan cosmetology license
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and squat
• Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs
• Strong communication and listening skills

• Part‑time: 24–32 hours per week (with potential to grow into full‑time)
