Project Manager-Industrial Hygiene

Pinchin is a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing a wide range of engineering, building sciences, environmental, civil, and occupational health and safety solutions across the US and Canada. We are seeking a bright and motivated Project Manager to join our Industrial Hygiene team in our Michigan offices – Berkley, MI and/or Okemos, MI.

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Prepare and review technical work plans outlining project methodologies, objectives, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and deliverables.
• Generate comprehensive and accurate reports detailing project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and manage the project goals, timeline, and milestones.
• Manage project profitability by ensuring appropriate budgeting, pricing, resource utilization, and cost controls.
• Act as a public relations ambassador by presenting and communicating the capabilities and strengths of the company to all publics.
• Communicate potential new business or resource information, competitive situations, or regulatory factors to leadership.
• Task management and coordination, client interaction, and data management.
• Maintain a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience with Industrial Hygiene.
• Michigan Accredited Asbestos Inspector and Certified Lead Inspector.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in various settings and climates.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available for travel.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
