• Efficiency and accurately perform maintenance and/or repair work orders.
• Malfunction Diagnosis
• Perform appropriate repairs
• Maintain communications with company purchasers regarding parts ordering and inventories
• Determine if additional safety or service work is needed
• Document all work performed
• Follow all company OSHA safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• We provide all tools required for repairs. Technicians are responsible for maintaining tool inventories. (wear, breakage etc so we can replace)

• Willingness to learn
• Transfer any HVAC system skills to new/used equipment repairs when applicable
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently
• Must be able to multi-task
• Mechanically inclined
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Team player with the desire to improve

• At least 1 year of HVAC a plus
• Universal 608 or 609 a plus but not required
• Must have valid driver’s license

• Must be able to lift 45 pounds at times.
• Must be able to maintain a neat workspace
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Must be able to remain calm during stressful situations
