Whether you're scanning tickets, helping guests find the perfect souvenir, or explaining how to win the giant plush excavator at the arcade, you'll be the first impression-and the friendly face-our guests remember.
Diggerland USA opens for it's 2027 Season on March 13, 2027.
As a Guest Services Team Member
, you'll rotate through awesome areas like Admissions, Retail, Arcade, and Pit Stop
, all while keeping the energy high and the experience unforgettable.
Greeting guests with enthusiasm and a big smile
Running registers and processing transactions like a pro
Sharing info about park events, promotions, and sweet deals
Helping guests with directions, questions, and general park awesomeness
Restocking merchandise and keeping your area tidy and guest-ready
Working as a team to keep the fun moving and the service top-notch!
15 years or older with a friendly, guest-first attitude
A natural communicator who loves helping people
Comfortable with basic math and handling cash or cards
Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions
Flexible schedule, especially on weekends, holidays, and during peak times
A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
