Description
Outpatient Clinician Licensed (40 hours weekly – 32 hours in Berlin, 8 hours in Camden) reports to Program Director. Salary is $42–$46 per session for LAC/LSW and $46–$51 per session for LPC/LCSW, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or another recognized mental health discipline.
- Three years of experience working in mental health, case management, youth services, or another transferable field.
- LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW required.
- Active engagement in continuing education to further professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Provide direct care and management of patients through individual, family, and group therapy; develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform case management activities for all clients in the caseload.
- Complete comprehensive intake assessments and other diagnostic tools.
- Serve in an active leadership role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, offering clinical information and updates to support optimal care.
- Accurately document patient progress in the clinical record.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical rounds, monthly in‑services, and program staff meetings.
- Act as liaison between the child/family and external organizations, represent the program professionally, and participate on committees and forums as appropriate.
- Advocate for clients whose needs are not met by available programs or a specific agency.
- Maintain familiarity with community professional and self‑help resources and assist clients in accessing these services.
- Provide supervision to student interns, if applicable.
- Cover absences, vacations, and other day‑to‑day operations of the program.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision with the Assistant Director of Clinical Services.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards required by state and federal statutes.
