Working within our Outpatient Division means joining a team that prioritizes clinical growth, work-life balance, and real impact in the community. Contingency Management (CM) is an evidence-based treatment that provides motivational incentives to treat individuals living with stimulant use disorder and support their path to recovery in an outpatient setting. It recognizes and reinforces individual positive behavioral change, as evidenced by drug tests that are negative for stimulants along with individual counseling, medication management, family and group counseling, and/or mediation-assisted treatment (MAT).

CM is the only treatment that has demonstrated robust outcomes for individuals living with stimulant use disorder, including reduction or cessation of drug use and longer retention in treatment.

Salary: $21 to $25 / hour - depending upon education / experience

Hours: This is a 40 hour full time benefitted position which includes some evenings required.

Job Summary

Provide care coordination in the CM (Contingency Management and Other Strategies for the Treatment of Stimulant Use Disorders) program.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains compliance with agency policies, applicable regulations, and relevant standards of care determined by accrediting/governing authorities.
  • Plans, organizes, and implements comprehensive services to consumers.
  • Demonstrates consistent and proficient knowledge, skills, and dispositions required to implement coordinated approach to the delivery of health, substance abuse, mental health, and social services, linking consumers with appropriate services to address specific needs and achieve stated goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, psychology, counseling, social work, education, or other behavioral health profession.
  • 2 years’ experience working in the field of addictions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
