Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Join our team at Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 128‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility, to serve as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) under the support of Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Shift Times: 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 PM‑11 PM, 11 PM‑7 AM (Every other weekend required).

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $19.50‑$26.00
• $3 PIB
• Shift Differentials: $1.50 (Evening), $1.00 (Night), $2.00 (Weekends)
• Sign‑on Bonuses: $2,000 for PT after 90 days, $4,000 for FT after 90 days
• Same‑Day Pay possible

• Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens
• Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of New Jersey
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
