Diesel Mechanic II

Location: Berlin, NJ (serving Cherry Hill and Hammonton School Districts)
Industry: School and Employee Bus Services
Salary: $32.00–$40.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500.00

• Competitive pay of $32.00–$40.00 per hour based on experience (not flat‑rate)
• ASE incentive of $0.75 per hour for each relevant ASE obtained (we pay for training materials and exams)

Our technicians maintain a newer fleet to ensure safety for road travel and troubleshoot issues requiring repair work. A typical day includes:

• Performing maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drive trains, and transmissions
• Completing work orders
• Assisting with mobile emergency services

• You have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to obtain a CDL (we will train you)
• You have a mechanic’s tool set
