• Holistic consulting and project oversight in strategic, communicative and process-related customer matters
• Agile key account management and customer development - active acquisition of new clients and active expansion and maintenance of our existing clients
• Analysis of market-specific business potential and structured realization
• Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions with the customer, in alignment with the Key Account Director
• Long-term personnel planning for the project team in close collaboration with the Key Account Director
• Project- and team management - on time and on budget, account and cost controlling, budgeting
• Leading creative teams efficiently through pitch processes

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience
• Outstanding entrepreneurial thinking and holistic consulting skills – with sovereignty and foresight
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges from campaign production to concept creation to e.g. architectural projects or events
• Proven track record in international customer management with comprehensive budget responsibility
• Structured, objective-driven way of working and interdisciplinary, solution-oriented thinking
• Inspiring and motivating team leadership – passion for interdisciplinary work
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Open for change, passion for innovation and tech trends
• Able to communicate confidently in English and ideally fluency in German
