Reporting directly to the Profit Center General Manager, you will spearhead product improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and develop new products. This position will sit onsite full-time in Berlin, CT.

* ** What we are looking for
*** Manufacturing Engineer with 3-5 years experience preferred. Will consider recent graduates with solid intern experience.
* BS in Engineering and /or Manufacturing or equivalent
* Lean manufacturing practices ( Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping)
* Experience with Assembly Operations, Metal Machining processes and tool design
* SPC implementation and practical application
* Ability to think progressively and creatively while keeping the future of the company and its employees in mind
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities
* Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong Communication skills (written and public speaking)
