• Job Title: Ariba Lead Consultant
• Location: Berlin, CT
• Duration: Full Time

• Create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of processes
• Maintain and enhance Ariba on Premise application (development & maintenance)
• Develop, configure, solutions evaluation/validation and deployment
• Capture requirements related to internal/external consulting, document, and map current business processes
• Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and to-be business maps
• Demonstrate analytical and communication skills; strong planning and coordination

Basic :

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience with Ariba On Premise Skills
• At least 2 years of experience with Development & Maintenance of Ariba on Premise application
• At least 2 years of experience- technical to maintain, enhance and develop the current Ariba Application (backend Java / J2EE)
• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
