QualificationsBasic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
Preferred
Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
- At least 6 years of overall experience with extensive knowledge of the Utilities domain and hands on experience in implementing complete life cycles of Maximo EAM solution across business functions for large business
- At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 5 years of working experience in various functional and technical modules within Maximo
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Program Management and thought leadership
- Conduct training on Domain and Technology within the EAM practice
- Anchor large pursuits, develop and review proposals
- Contribute to talent management processes
