We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented entry-level Sales and Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their career in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment with broad exposure across several business functions. This is an on-site position, based at our CT facility in Newington.

• Enter customer orders in our ERP system
• Assist the order team in maintaining and administering order lists
• Help coordinate simple production planning activities and logistics
• Handle basic customer support cases in collaboration with the support team
• Support warranty claim administration and processing
• Assist with entry-level finance tasks such as invoicing support and data reconciliation
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless information flow and execution
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction

• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Experience from a similar role or educational background in business, administration, or logistics is a plus
