Senior Project Manager Event

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (all genders) to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will have experience in event management and a passion for luxury brands. Become part of our community – we look forward to hearing from you!

• Independent event planning – always on time and on budget: budgeting, cost control and cost tracking
• Confident project management and collaboration with all cooperation partners, internal interfaces and external logistics and production partners
• Strategic customer consulting and comprehensive, operational customer support in the implementation of events and brand experiences
• Support in acquiring new customers
• You lead the project team clearly, efficiently and empathetically – in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager and site management
• You make confident use of the freedom to develop your own ideas and approaches

• At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management in the experiential, luxury and premium sectors – additional experience in the lifestyle sector is an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen, comprehensive consulting skills, strong negotiating skills and an eye for aesthetics and detail
• Confident project and team management – you think interdisciplinarily and are hands-on when it matters
• Experience in international customer management with comprehensive budget responsibility
• Convincing presentation and communication skills & business fluent German and English skills
• Open to change and enthusiastic about innovation and tech trends
