Established in 1960, Sirois Tool has evolved into a strong and diversified manufacturer of precision tooling, gages, and parts for many industries. We are looking to bring on an Assitant Production Manager at our location in Berlin, CT.

This position will be responsible for working with the Production Manager to help prioritize and optimize workflow on the production floor.

• Purchase materials and vendor services to match job orders
• Assist with planning and scheduling of jobs
• Work with the driver to assign daily workflow
• Assist with supervision of staff

• A seasoned pro who's familiar with job shop environments
• Planning and scheduling background a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems (E2/Job Boss preferred)
• Purchasing background
• Some supervisory experience
• Solid communication skills
