Best Cleaners is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Garment Finisher to join our close-knit organization. We provide a variety of exceptional garment-based services including dry cleaning and tailoring.

Garment Finishers play an important part in giving our customers the excellent service that makes us successful. You will help press a variety of garments on various pressing machines, welcome the customers to the plant, receive and process their garments, and complete financial transactions. While entry level candidates are encouraged to apply, experience with garment finishing, handling cash transactions and face to face customer service is beneficial.

• Use assigned equipment to press a variety of customers garments.
• Hang finished work, inspect, touch up as needed.
• Assist the dry-cleaner in hanging garments from the dry-cleaning machine.
• Provide superior friendly service to all of our customers.
• Receive and mark-in dry cleaning, shirts, and tailoring.
• Prepare finished garments for customer pick-up.
• Use computer to generate invoices and perform cash transactions as per official procedures.
• Handle customers' inquiries and requests on the phone and in-person.
• Perform minor repairs to clothing.
• Any additional tasks assigned by Plant Manager or upper management.

• Dust all finishing machinery daily.
• Observe padding for wear and tear and replace as necessary.
  
  Report malfunctioning machinery to the Store Manager.
