Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, often with little/some supervision.

They should be detail-oriented with proven time management skills and demonstrate integrity while supporting store objectives and key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Provide non-sales support across the store to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise; answer questions on product order status; assist with cash handling or program compliance as applicable.
• Interact with customers and vendors as needed; maintain integrity and respond to operational concerns of associates.
• Work cooperatively with associates, vendors, and carriers; perform duties with little or some supervision; stay detail-oriented and manage time effectively.
• Support key operational responsibilities to align with store-specific objectives.
• Potentially perform duties as Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, or Customer Service Representative.
