Want to kick-start your career in marketing, admissions, and international recruitment?
As a Student Recruitment Officer, you’ll be the go‑to person for international students applying to study in Germany. You’ll help them understand their options, navigate documents, visas, and pre-arrival steps — and cheer them on until they arrive on campus.
It’s a mix of online communication, campus activities, events, problem-solving, and lots of student interaction. Think:
Whats App chats, Zoom calls, campus tours, offer-holder webinars, open days, and supporting marketing content with real student insights.
If you enjoy connecting with people, organising things, giving advice, and making someone’s journey smoother — you’ll love this job.
Hours of Work: full-time
What You’ll Do
 
* Be the main contact for students from application → offer → visa → enrolment
 
* Answer questions, explain programmes, chase missing documents, and support students step-by-step
 
* Run online sessions: offer-holder Q&A, pre-arrival briefings, virtual tours
 
* Organise in-person campus tours and help with open days & recruitment events
 
* Work with admissions, marketing, and our global recruitment teams
 
* Keep our CRM updated and track student progress
 
* Help students feel confident before they travel (housing tips, visa timelines, budgeting, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
 
* Bachelor’s degree (any field)
 
* Strong English & communication skills
 
* Friendly, empathetic, and great with people from different cultures
 
* Organised and comfortable juggling calls, emails & online meetings
 
* Flexible with the occasional evening/weekend event
 
* Cool with hosting online sessions or short presentations
 
* Prior office or admin experience is a plus — but motivation matters more
 
* Bonus points if you speak another language (Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Spanish, Mandarin…).
