Als (Junior) Kalkulator (m/w/d) bilden Sie die Grundlage dafür, dass Projekte Wirklichkeit werden.
Sie rechnen nicht nur, Sie gestalten mit – von der ersten Idee bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erarbeitung von Angebots-, Auftrags- und Nachtragskalkulationen
- Erstellen von Ausschreibungsunterlagen inkl. Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Einholen und Bewertung von Nachunternehmerangeboten und Alternativangeboten
- Mengenermittlungen für verschiedene Gewerbe im Hochbau
- Anfertigung von Leistungsverzeichnissen auf Basis von funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibungen
- Entwicklung von Alternativ-/Nebenangeboten
- Präsentation von Bauprojekten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Mitwirkung in den Verhandlungsgesprächen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsdaten im RIB-iTWO
Position Requirements
1+ Years
work experience Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung Meister, Techniker oder Fachwirt im Fachbereich Bauwesen, Architektur oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau)
- Erste Erfahrung aus Studium, Beruf oder Ausbildung in den Hochbaubereichen Kalkulation, Bauleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Vergabe oder Bauabrechnung sind gern gesehen
- Für eine reibungslose Projektkommunikation sind sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch erforderlich
- Erster Umgang mit RIB-iTWO, ORCA oder ähnlichen Kalkulationstools
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office, AutoCAD, HOAI und VOB sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Kostenbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und Engagement
