The Opportunity
On behalf of a global medical technology company with its EMEA headquarters in Berlin, we are hiring a Team Lead Assembly to strengthen its manufacturing operations.

Our client develops and produces highly reliable, technology-driven systems used in clinical and surgical environments worldwide. The organization combines hardware, software, and data intelligence, operating under strict quality and safety standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact on production performance, team development, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
 
Plan and manage daily assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Implement enhancements to equipment, facilities, and workflows
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards
Work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams  Team Leadership
 
Lead and develop a team of up to 8 assembly technicians
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and employee development
Coordinate and enforce standard operating procedures and policies  Candidate Profile
 
Technical background in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments, ideally within regulated industries (Med Tech, electronics, industrial manufacturing)
Previous team leadership or senior technician experience
Structured, improvement-driven mindset with strong communication skills
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-growing production environment  What’s On Offer
