ADDITIONAL CRNA needed to cover employee's FMLA: 10/9-12/3 (8 Weeks)
Reason for coverage: Growth
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8a-330pm, Once cases have been completed, our CRNAs may take call from home (within 30 minutes from the hospital)
Call: Yes
Patient volume: On average 12 patients per day
Scope: Regional anesthesia, and sedation, working independently with no anesthesiologist on site or on call.

Hospital: Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH.
Group/support: TBD
Requirements (boards, license): BC or Truly Board Eligible with New Hampshire or IMLC License, will license candidates.
