Manager / Senior Manager (all genders) - IFRS and Corporate Reporting Centre of Excellence, National Audit
We equip our largest and most complex clients and audit teams with clear, practical and robust advice on IFRS technical accounting topics and wider corporate reporting, including sustainability topics such as local ESG reporting, climate‑related financial disclosures (TCFD), the EU CSRD and international sustainability standards.
We support the development of Deloitte’s global IFRS and corporate reporting guidance, Swiss go‑to‑market offerings, and marketing campaigns. We work closely with IFRS specialists worldwide and shape Deloitte’s positions on emerging and contentious issues.
We collaborate with our Quality National Office to develop policies and procedures for Swiss audit and assurance practice and with the Learning & Development team to provide IFRS and corporate reporting learning and presentations.
How You Can Make an Impact- Work in a highly enthusiastic and vibrant team.
- Extensive interaction and consultation with technical accounting partners within Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE), Deloitte IFRS Global Office and senior audit leaders on complex accounting and sustainability reporting topics.
- Take an active role in internal and external IFRS and wider corporate/sustainability reporting presentations and publications.
- Get involved in annual financial statement reviews for our largest and most complex clients.
- Learn and develop at your selected pace.
- Profound technical accounting skills and professional experience in applying and interpreting IFRS Standards, preferably in a technical accounting team or accounting policy role.
- Interest in learning and applying newly developed sustainability standards.
- Driven by quality and a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Confident communication in English;
German is an advantage. - Ability to write and present findings clearly and concisely in English.
