CJ Recruitment in Bern sucht Immobilienbuchhalter (60-100%). Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung für STWE und Mietobjekte und erstellen Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen sowie die Abstimmung der Konten und Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Erwartet wird eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung bzw. entsprechende Erfahrung, gute Deutschkenntnisse und Abacus-Kenntnisse.
