Accounting Specialist | Finanz- & Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) 60-100%Mögliche Aufgaben bereiche
- Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenbelegen
- Mithilfe bei Zahlungsläufen, Kontierungen und Abstimmungen
- Unterstützung im Mahnwesen und bei offenen Posten
- Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- oder Jahresabschlüssen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Listen und Übersichten
- Pflege von Stammdaten und administrativen Finanzunterlagen
- Allgemeine Aufgaben im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
Ihre Kompetenzen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Finanzadministration
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
- Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Zahlenflair sowie Freude an strukturierten Abläufen
- Work location 3004 Bern (BE)
