As Commission Controlling Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of commissions within INTERSPORT's agency business. You will support the end-to-end commission controlling process, working closely with National Organizations, Product Management, Finance, and our Far East Office.

By analyzing sales and commission data, maintaining commission rates, and monitoring invoicing processes, you help provide reliable financial insights and contribute to the success of our Private Label Brands business. In addition, you support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous process improvements, leveraging your strong SAP and Excel expertise.

• Maintain and communicate product commission rates across all relevant systems and stakeholders.
• Support sales, commission planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Private Label Brands business.
• Monitor commission and fee settlements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and execute invoicing processes for National Organizations and suppliers.
• Analyze financial data, identify deviations, and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to budgeting, closing activities, audits, and ad hoc finance projects.
• Drive process improvements and support the continuous development of finance tools and reporting.

• Strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Independent, reliable, and proactive working style.
• Team player with a flexible and resilient attitude.
• Fluent in English;
  German is an advantage.
