Your tasks:

You analyse and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

You align requirements with stakeholders through structured reviews.

You maintain and prioritise the backlog together with the Product Owner.

You keep an overview of requirements across teams and subsystems.

You analyse legacy applications and interfaces.

You develop and evaluate solution options.

You support the breakdown of features into stories with the agile teams.

You contribute to SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning and System Demos.

You maintain the project documentation and support planning of roadmap, dependencies and risks.

Your profile:

Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation

Methodical and structured working style with the ability to carry out comprehensive analyses

Experience preparing HERMES studies and documentation

Experience in process analysis, design and modelling with BPMN 2.0

High degree of initiative and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels

Service-oriented thinking with strong results orientation

Very good oral and written expression in German Agile ways of working (Scrum, SAFe), experience with public administrations and CBAP or comparable certifications are an advantage
