Aufgaben
- Fachliche, personelle und finanzielle Führung der Abteilung Hoch- und Tiefbau
- Kundenpflege, Ausbau des Kundenstammes inkl. Auftragsakquisition
- Mitwirkung bei der Strategieentwicklung der Hächler AG
- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Hächler-Gruppe
- Aktive Netzwerkpflege in der Region
- Grundausbildung im Baubereich mit Weiterbildung zum/r Bauführer/in
- Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Baumeister oder ähnliches
- Verkaufsorientierte Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Freude an der Akquisition und Netzwerkpflege
