W+P Weber und Partner AG in Bern sucht eine erfahrene Bauleitung (m/w/d) mit Diplom im Hochbau bzw. gleichwertiger Qualifikation. Sie steuern als zentrale Drehscheibe die Baustelle, koordinieren Unternehmer– (und Lieferanten) Teams und sichern Termin- sowie Kostenvorgaben ab.
Sie bringen mehrjährige Bauleiter-Erfahrung aus Industrie- oder Hochbau in der Schweiz mit, beherrschen Messerli BAUAD, MS-Office und MS-Project und sind kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Auftraggebern, Planern und Behörden.
