Are you a German‑speaking professional ready to support corporate travel clients with outstanding service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (German & English) to join our international team on‑site in Bulgaria.

What You’ll Do

Provide top‑tier support to German‑speaking customers via phone, chat, or email. Assist with bookings, itinerary changes, and general service inquiries. Ensure every customer interaction upholds quality and service standards.

What You Bring

German and English language skills. Customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work day shifts on a rotational schedule.
