Erforderlich sind eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder Kundendienstbereich und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1) sowie Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch (Niveau B2). Ergonomische Arbeitsplätze und die Möglichkeit auf Homeoffice werden geboten.
