Die Mobiliar in Bern sucht einen Sachbearbeiter im Kundendialog und Triage (w/m/d) für das Contact Center. Die Stelle ist befristet auf ein Jahr bei einem Pensum von 30%. Du wirst unsere Kunden in schwierigen Situationen betreuen und beraten und die Kontaktaufnahme zu den Generalagenturen koordinieren.
Wir erwarten eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Italienisch- und Französischkenntnisse. Die Stelle beginnt im August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung.
