- Du führst telefonische und persönliche Beratungen durch und erkennst gezielt Beratungs- und Abschlusschancen im Bestand
- Du beantwortest eingehende schriftliche Kundenanfragen selbständig, effizient und qualitätsbewusst gemäß den Vorgaben von Visana
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder Verkauf
- Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und überzeugend – auch in anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen
