Fust in der Schweiz sucht Verstärkung im Kundenservice. Sie betreuen telefonisch Kundenanfragen, erfassen Reparaturaufträge und koordinieren Heimliefer- sowie Servicetermine. Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und allgemeine Administrative Tätigkeiten gehören ebenfalls dazu.
Sie bringen kaufmännische Erfahrung, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse (B2) und idealerweise Italienisch mit. MS Office-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, SAP ist von Vorteil.
