Du führst anspruchsvolle Gespräche mit Kundinnen, Kunden und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen und verfasst verständliche Antworten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen.
Du prüfst Meldungen zu Versicherungsmissbrauch, unterstützt Kundenumfragen sowie die Auswertung von Rückmeldungen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen.
