CSS sucht eine:n Lehrling im Fachbereich Kundendialog/Kundendienstcenter für eine 3-jährige Ausbildung ab August 2027. Die Lernende/der Lernende betreut Kundinnen und Kunden mündlich und schriftlich in Deutsch und Französisch, lernt das Kundensegment kennen und arbeitet eng mit dem Team zusammen.
Die schulische Ausbildung erfolgt in Bern (1–1,5 Tage pro Woche) und überbetriebliche Kurse in Zürich, um Wissen zu festigen und zu trainieren.
