24 AG, ein Unternehmen der Mobiliar-Gruppe, sucht für Bern eine Studentische Kraft im Kundendienst. Du betreust Kundinnen und Kunden in aussergewöhnlichen Situationen, beantwortest Anrufe und erfährst Einblicke in das Contact Center.
Du arbeitest je nach Einsatz ab Oktober 2026 befristet für ein Jahr in 30% Pensum, mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, inklusive Wochenenden/Feiertage nach Bedarf. Du wirkst aktiv an der Kundenbetreuung mit und lernst moderne Abläufe kennen.
