SBB CFF FFS sucht eine/quereinstiegende Kundenbegleiterin für Frequenzerfassung in Bern. Du begleitest Reisende, erfasst Verhaltensdaten und informierst über Reisen. Die Ausbildung dauert vier Monate in Teilzeit (50%), danach arbeitest du landesweit im Schichtbetrieb.
Die Stelle erfordert Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist und gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie Grundkenntnisse in Französisch. Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit wird vergütet;
Starttermin ist der 01.03.2027.
