Arthrex Swiss AG sucht am Standort Zollikofen/In Zollikofen eine/n Loan Service Specialist (a) 100% im Loan Service Center. Verantwortlich sind Kundenbetreuung, Auftragsabwicklung und Organisation von Instrumenten für Operationen.
Zu den
Aufgaben gehören Reklamationsbearbeitung, Erstellung von RMA-Dokumenten sowie Unterstützung des Außendienstes.
Anforderungen:
kaufmännische Grundausbildung, MS-Office, SAP/CRM-Vorteil;
Deutsch, Französisch, Englischkenntnisse.
