Atlas Copco Tools sucht eine/n Customer Support Mitarbeiter/in am Hauptsitz Studen, Kanton Bern. Sie betreuen neue und bestehende Kunden von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über Angebotserstellung bis zur Auftragsabwicklung.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, pflegen Stammdaten, bearbeiten Tickets serviceorientiert und tragen so zu effizienten Prozessen bei. Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie Französisch/Englisch (B1) sind gewünscht.
