Die Klick-Schule wurde im Sommer 2023 gegründet und gehört in die Feusi Gruppe. Sie ist eine besondere Volksschule und bildet aufgrund eines Leistungsauftrags mit dem Kanton Bern Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen aus.
Klassenlehrperson besondere Volksschule, 22 Lektionen pro Woche (Arbeitstage Dienstag bis Freitag, 1 Tag im Teamteaching mit Stellenpartner)Aufgaben
- Unterricht nach Lehrplan 21 von 6 Schüler/innen einer 1. / 2. Klasse mit individuellem Bedarf
- Begleitung, Beratung und Coaching unserer Schülerinnen und Schülern
- Teamarbeit
- Aktive Elternarbeit
- Mitgestaltung in der Schulentwicklung beim Aufbau eines neuen Angebotes
Dein Profil
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen
- Lehrdiplom, ausgebildete Heilpädagogin/Heilpädagoge oder Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge
- Unterrichtserfahrung Zyklus 1 von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, sich den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen der Kinder anzupassen
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Organisation, Planung und Kommunikation
- Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Humor
- Teamgeist
- Tolles Arbeitsklima in einem engagierten und kleinen Team
- Entlöhnung nach kantonalen Vorgaben
- Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
- Mitwirkung und Mitgestaltung im Schulalltag
