• Enable close and efficient collaboration alongside the creation-process with Quality Management, Vendor Sourcing, PLM`s and Design-team including ESG principles such as responsible materials, ethical sourcing, circularity, product foot printing.
• Prepare Product Sourcing briefings including Tech Packs, Specifications and Testing requirements alongside the Product and process approval process.
• Brief suppliers, Vendor sourcing and Packaging and handle updates.
• Construct BOMs and Tech Packs for both existing and new products to ensure compliance with product standards.
• Secure competitive pricing throughout the Creation process and align efforts with Sourcing and Design teams to meet defined margins (Design to Cost) for cost-effective solutions in close collaboration and alignment with Sourcing and Design and DQA ->

• Negotiate conditions (MOQ/Leadtime) during the creation process for each product in close collaboration and Alignment with Sourcing and make sure that we deliver the best possible solution->

• In case of European suppliers:
  Confirm final sample to supplier and DQA.
• Ensure EU capacity booking (HW)
• Make appropriate recommendations and support in finding solutions in collaboration with peer teams (Design, PLM, Supplier) on matters pertaining specifications, moulds, construction methods to hit the appropriate product briefings.
• Organise and lead the proto review/fitting meetings. Component, Sub-Assembly & Final Product testings according to internal requirements and applicable international standards.
• Create technical digital content by using different platforms such as varies asset libraries, the assigned 3D Software tool, CAD software and Adobe Suite.
• Diligently and effectively handle all administrative aspects related to product development, ensuring efficient and accurate coverage across the whole development process.

  Strong knowledge and understanding of product development processes, materials, and technical specifications
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulousness in reviewing and ensuring product compliance, BOMs, Tech Packs, lab dips, and color confirmation
• Supplier Management:
  Experience in briefing suppliers, supporting vendor sourcing, and handling price negotiations alongside all calendar-milestones
• Fitting and Testing Proficiency:
  Competency in conducting sample fitting, wear tests and relevant product testing

• Knowledge of sustainable practices, eco-friendly materials, circular design principles, and ethical sourcing strategies to align product development with environmental and social responsibility

• Previous experience over 3 years in product development, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, engineering, mechanical engineering, product development, or a relevant field. (depending on Division)
• Additional courses or certifications in product development, sourcing, quality management, or related areas are advantageous.
