Citrix System Engineer

We are looking for a solution-oriented Citrix expert, who is passionate about shaping the digital workplace of tomorrow. You'll play a key role in the planning, implementation, and further development of our Citrix infrastructures – for customers who expect not only performance but also usability!

• You plan, implement, and operate modern Citrix environments – from Virtual Apps and Desktops to App Layering and Net Scaler. You also support the development and implementation of Citrix strategies.
• In projects, you take on responsibility and actively contribute your ideas – technically sound, strategically astute, and hands-on.
• Error analysis? No problem – you quickly find the causes, solve problems sustainably, and think outside the box.
• You work closely with other IT teams to ensure optimal performance and seamless integrations.
• End users: you train them with patience, clarity, and a good sense of their needs – UX is not a foreign concept to you.

• With a completed IT education or training (HF, FH or similar) and broad-based know-how, you are ideally positioned.
• You have in-depth experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, App Layering, and ideally also with Net Scaler.
• Several years of experience in IT – ideally with a focus on virtualization and the digital workplace
• A broad technical understanding and an eye for user-friendly solutions – from architecture to operation
• Citrix certifications like CCA-V, CCP-V or CCE-V are nice to have – more important to us is your drive, your experience and your commitment to quality.
